A method for diagnosing cholesterosis of gall bladder in the patients with cholelithiasis provides for the use of logistic regression. The most significant clinical and echographical parameters assessed in the patients with the pain syndrome in the right hypochondrium are selected with the aid of the artificial neuronal networks. The weight of each parameter is scored in the points.
