The invention relates to carriage engineering. A passenger-car truck contains a spring frame, which rests on bushings of wheel pairs by means of a primary spring suspension, a bolster, which rests on the spring frame of truck through the secondary spring suspension, which includes screw drum springs, a torsion device with lever systems, and also hydraulic shock absorbers. The torsion device with lever systems contains two torsion shafts located on the spring frame of truck from two sides of bolster along longitudinal axis of the latter. The ends of the torsion shafts, which are located skew-symmetrically relative to the transverse axis of the truck, are rigidly fastened to the solebars of spring frame. To other ends of the torsion shafts inserted into the pivot bearings also skew-symmetrically relative to the transverse axis of tuck the operating levers are also rigidly connected. The latter are hingedly connected through the rods with the end parts of bolster. The rods are connected by one side with the levers through longitudinal grooves made therein, and by other side they are hingedly connected to the end parts of bolster. Technical result: increase of reliability of the secondary spring suspension.
