The invention relates to medicine, namely to the oncopharmacology.It has been established for the first time that adduct of 5-fluorouracil and sodium salt of diphenyl phosphorous acid has an evident antitumor activity on models of experimental tumor growth, exceeding similar one of the preparation-standard of 5-fluorouracil. The mentioned adduct can be used for the treatment of tumor diseases of man.
