摘要

The invention relates to area of solid state physics, in particular to methods for investigation of phase transitions in solid bodies. Method for determination of change of inputs of structural and temperature order-disorder transformation to Urbach energy of solid crystalline body at phase transition of second kind is in use of results of temperature investigations of edge of optical absorption pf solid bodies and representation of Urbach energy as sum of inputs of temperature and structural order-disorder transformation. To determine change of inputs of those at phase transition of second kind one uses parameters that describe temperature dependences of Urbach energy in low-temperature and high-temperature phases. Technical result of the invention is in increase of reliability and effectiveness of determination of change of inputs of structural and temperature order-disorder transformation to Urbach energy of solid body at phase transition of second kind.
