Procedure for obtaining extractsVegetables enriched in diosmetin and its derivativesglycosylates;The invention defines a method forobtain vegetable extracts enriched in diosmetin and derivativesglycosylates thereof comprising the steps of:;(a) select highly productive plants indiosmetin and its glycosylated derivatives;;(b) dry and grind one or more of the aerial partsof said plants to obtain a ground dry matter;;(c) extract the dried and ground matter from the stage(b) with pressurized and superheated water;;(d) filter the aqueous suspension obtained in(C); Y;(e) dry the filtrate obtained in the step(d).;This procedure allows a higher yieldof extraction avoiding the presence of impurities or residues of thereagents used or possible side reactions. Theinvention also relates to plant extracts as wellobtained and to fortified food products thatincorporate.
