Procedure for analysis computer supported the reliability of a technical system with a set of technical components (B1, B2, B3), wherein: - reliabilities of the components (B1, B2, B3) are described in each case by a component function ((f1 (t, t1), f2 (t, t2), f3 (t, t3)), which depends on at least one parameter (t) and a parameter interval (t1, t2, t3) parameter of the at least one (t), associated with the component (B1, B2, B3) and affects the reliability of the component, - from the reliabilities of the components (B1, B2, B3 ) system reliability (F (t, t1, t2, t3)) of the technical system is calculated, - for at least part of the components (B1, B2, B3) is determined in each case a value of the variation, (d / dt1 F (t, t1, t2, t3), d / dt2 F (t, t1, t2, t3), d / dt3 F (t, t1, t2, t3)), which is a measure of the variation of system reliability as a function of parameter variation interval (t1, t2, t3) of corr espondiente component; - for at least part of the components is determined in each case from the value of the change (d / dt1 F (t, t1, t2, t3), d / dt2 F (t, t1, t2, t3), d / dt3 F (t, t1, t2, t3)) an influential magnitude of the corresponding component (B1, B2, B3) on the system reliability (F (t, t1, t2, t3)).
