Composition that associates at least two phytases for the hydrolysis of phytic acid (myo-inositol 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexakis phosphate), characterized in that it comprises: a) a first phytase having at least 80 % identity with the phytase of SEQ ID No. 1 or having at least 80% identity with the phytase of SEQ ID No. 2, which is a 3-phytase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of the six phosphate bonds of the acid phytic; b) a second phytase that has at least 80% identity with the phytase of SEQ ID No. 3, which is a 3-phytase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of at least five phosphate bonds of phytic acid.
