Device, system and method for weeping and diverting moisture in a wallstructure. Aweep screed has an elongate screed support portion and an elongate screedangledportion laterally attached to the screed support portion and forming an acuteanglewith respect to the screed support portion. The weep screed has holes formedto allowthe passage of water. The weep screed deflector has an elongate deflectorsupportportion and an elongate deflector angled portion laterally attached to thedeflectorsupport portion and forming an obtuse angle with respect to the deflectorsupportportion. The weep screed deflector is positioned with the screed supportportionlaterally proximate the deflector support portion and with the deflectorangled portionbelow the screed angled portion, such that water which passes through theholes isdeflected, at least in part, by the deflector angled portion.
