A tool for shelling crustaceans (C), in particular prawns, imperial prawns andthe like. The tool (1) comprises abase element (2), which includes a seat (7) for inserting and blocking thecrustacean, and a slider (3) slidably coupled with saidbase element (2) for sliding along a first predetermined direction (X). Theslider comprises cutting means (14) susceptible tointeract with the crustacean blocked in said seat for cutting the shellthereof during the sliding of the slider.
