The present invention relates to a human papilloma virus detection method and detection kit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method in which a real-time multiplex PCR method is employed in order to simultaneously detect human papilloma virus infection and 20 human papilloma virus genotypes in a fashion which is both rapid and accurate. The present invention also relates to a detection kit which makes it easy to put this method into practice.
