The invention concerns a metallic gasket (1) for sealing between two parts (2, 3) to be connected to each other having pipe-shaped channels (20, 30), which gasket comprises a pipe-shaped basic body (10) from the shell (11) of which on one or both sides at least two protrusions (12, 13) project in a self-contained manner around the circumference in such a way that the first protrusion (12) with its camber area (120) abuts to a first one of the two parts (2) and a second protrusion (13) with its camber area (130) abuts to the second of the two parts (3), with the basic body being formed without an axially extending seam. The invention further concerns an arrangement of two parts (2, 3) to be connected which are sealed by the metallic gasket (1).
