An image-capturing lens comprises an object-side lens group (G1) and an image-side lens group (G2) disposed apart from the object-side lens group (G1) with an air space therebetween, which are arranged in order from the object side, wherein focus is shifted from a distant object to a near object by moving at least part of the image-side lens group (G2) as a focusing lens group along the optical axis direction, and vibration-proofing is performed by moving at least part of the image-side lens group (G2) as a shift lens group in such a manner that the shift lens group has a component in the direction substantially orthogonal to the optical axis.
