The present invention relates to a drill and a guide bushing for precise implant placement. More specifically, the present invention relates to a drill and a guide bushing for precise implant placement and to a precise implant placement device employing the same. In the present invention, the lower part of the shank of a drill for drilling alveolar bone is provided with a guide part such that the drill can come in close contact with and be guided by the circular inner circumferential surface of the guide bushing. The guide part is formed in the shape of a pipe which screws together with a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shank of the drill. Further, the guide bushing has an inner circumferential surface which is circular and an outer circumferential surface which is substantially elliptical, thereby allowing the guide bushing to be easily installed even in cases where the implant-placement site is positioned between teeth with a narrow space, while at the same time preventing, insofar as possible, the guide bushing from rotating during drilling.
