PURPOSE: A drill for a precise implant a guide bushing for implanting and a precise implanting apparatus including the drill are provided to prevent a guide bushing from rotating together with the drill while making a hole, and to easily install the guide bushing.;CONSTITUTION: A drill(100) for a precise implant comprises the following: a male screw unit formed along the lower outer circumference of a shank unit(110) of a drill; a guiding unit adapter(120) formed on the inner circumference of a female screw unit corresponding to the male screw unit to be connected with the male screw unit; a screw thread including a helix moving direction opposite to the cutting direction of the drill; a chamfering unit formed along the edge of the guiding unit adapter; and a first plate unit and a second plate unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
