TEST REAGENT FOR FLUORESCENT OBSERVATION OF INTESTINAL MUCOSA

Disclosed are a test reagent by which the glandular structure of the intestinal mucosa can be conveniently fluorescently observed and use of the same. Specifically disclosed is a test reagent for the fluorescent observation of the intestinal tract comprising a buffer solution with pH controlled to 7 to 8 which contains, as the major component, a fluorescent pigment showing an increase in fluorescence intensity with a decrease in pH in a lower pH region than the pH of the buffer solution.
