Nowadays, enema injuries are only confirmed by symptoms in clinic and there is no protection related. In this article, light microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to observe microstructure changes of rabbits' intestinal mucous membrane injured by enema of various pH, which helped to identify whether Xi Lei powder can be used to protect intestinal mucosa injuries. The results showed Xi Lei powder was quite effective in protecting intestinal mucosa by microstructure observation through TEM and light microscope.
