The apparatus (1) has a fluid tank (2) with a fluid outlet (3), and a valve for controlling a fluid release by the fluid outlet. A control lever (5) e.g. eccentric tension lever, actuates the valve. The control lever is attached outside in an upper region of the fluid tank. The valve has a conical nipple that is connected with the control lever via an actuating element, so that the position of the conical nipple is changed under actuation of the control lever. The control lever comprises a handle and a rotary body. An independent claim is also included for a vibration apparatus comprising an exciter.
