The sterile packed assembly (1) comprises a container (2) having a cavity (4) for retaining an organ, a solution for organ preservation, a peripheral skirt connected to a side wall (6) of the cavity by a span to form an open space between the side wall and the peripheral skirt, and a support block (3) incorporating a closed chamber in which a refrigerant is placed. The cavity further has a base (5). Upper part of the chamber is placed in open space. The support block has an upper housing, which is arranged to receive the base and a part of the sidewall of the cavity. The sterile packed assembly (1) comprises a container (2) having a cavity (4) for retaining an organ, a solution for organ preservation, a peripheral skirt connected to a side wall (6) of the cavity by a span to form an open space between the side wall and the peripheral skirt, and a support block (3) incorporating a closed chamber in which a refrigerant is placed. The cavity further has a base (5). Upper part of the chamber is placed in open space. The support block has an upper housing, which is arranged to receive the base and a part of the sidewall of the cavity. The chamber is enveloped with a housing for refrigerating the organ. The housing is bounded by an interior side wall, which is connected to an outer side wall by a span. The upper part of the chamber is formed between the interior and exterior side walls. A perforated plate is arranged to support the organ in the cavity. The cavity is incorporated with a unit for mounting the plate according to the height of the cavity. The mounting unit comprises a set of spigots on the surface of which the plate is fixed, and a second set of spigots on which the plate rests. The plate is provided with notches for allowing the mounting of the rotating plate beyond the surface of the support of the spigots. The second set of spigots is laid under the first set of spigots to mount the plate in a second height. The spigots comprise another support placed below the first bearing surface to mount the plate in a second height. The refrigerant comprises an aqueous solution. The cavity and the housing have a rotation geometry of revolution. The cavity is fitted in the housing by allowing the rotation of the container with respect to the support block. The support block extends under the receiver to facilitate actuation of the rotation of the container on the support block. A temperature indicator is arranged for indicating the refrigerant level in the chamber and/or the preservation solution in the cavity.
