The method comprises pressing a head (2) of a needle-shaped embossing tool (1) existing out of diamond, hard metal, glass or ceramics under use of a positioning device on different places of the surface of a blank (3) made of aluminum or hot age-hardenable aluminum alloy or monocrystalline material, where on all pressing positions, recesses (4) are embossed and/or breakthroughs are produced. Micro- or nano hardness tester that measures the local hardness of the surface according to Vickers method is used for embossing the recesses or producing breakthroughs of different places of the blank. The method comprises pressing a head (2) of a needle-shaped embossing tool (1) existing out of diamond, hard metal, glass or ceramics under use of a positioning device on different places of the surface of a blank (3) made of aluminum or hot age-hardenable aluminum alloy or monocrystalline material, where on all pressing positions, recesses (4) are embossed and/or breakthroughs are produced. Micro- or nano hardness tester that measures the local hardness of the surface according to Vickers method is used for embossing the recesses or producing breakthroughs of different places of the blank. An atomic force microscope is used for embossing the recesses. The head of the embossing tool is formed in cylindrical, conical, pyramid or hemispherical shape, has the form of a thorn and has a film-shaped blank, so that breakthroughs are produced in the blank.
