PURPOSE: A field-aided microstructure, a nano structure imprinting casting method and 3D scaffold with a microstructure and a nanostructure are provided to enhance the stickiness and the growth rate of a cell by controlling the structure by an electric field and make scaffold which is suitable for the body by using biocompatibility materials for heating. CONSTITUTION: A field-aided microstructure, a nano structure imprinting casting method comprises the following steps. An electric field is formed around a mold thermosetting materials are imprinted in the mold and heated to make a mold. Biocompatibility materials are put into the manufactured mold and in the electric field a film is formed by imprinting. The film is cooled.
