PURPOSE: A method for culturing tubercular bacillus is provided to promote culture of tubercular bacillus and prevent and treat tuberculosis.;CONSTITUTION: A culture medium for tubercular bacillus contains cell wall component isolated from the tubercular bacillus and lysozyme. The cell wall contains carbonhydrate and lipid or lipidprotein. A method for preparing the medium of tubercular bacillus comprises: a step of culturing the tubercular bacillus; a step of collecting tubercular bacillus then collecting cell wall fraction; a step of isolating cell wall component from the fraction; and a step of adding cell wall component and lysozyme to general medium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
