PURPOSE: A fabricating method of a light emitting device and system, fabricated light emitting package, and a system using the same are provided to optimize a conversion efficiency of a phosphor by controlling the optical efficiency of a first light and a second light.;CONSTITUTION: In a fabricating method of a light emitting device and system, fabricated light emitting package, and a system using the same, a luminous body(20) is arranged on a package body(10). A transparent resin layer(50) is coated on the luminous body. A package body on which the transparent resin layer is formed is processed through a first annealing, and a phosphor layer(60) is formed on a transparent resin layer which is processed by the first annealing. A protection resin layer is formed on the fluorescent material layer, and a package body on which the fluorescent material layer is formed is processed through a second annealing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
