PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing real metal components is provided to increase the degree of freedom in shaping design.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing real metal components comprises the following steps of: supplying magnesium alloy chips in a cylinder; transferring the magnesium alloy chips toward a nozzle while heating them; heating the magnesium alloy chips to reach a solid-liquid coexistence region; injecting the chip slurry into a mold; and drawing real metal components from the mold. The casting speed of the chip slurry is 2~5m/sec. The thickness of the real metal components is 0.5~0.6mm. A real metal material is magnesium alloy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
