PURPOSE: A gene therapeutic agent using a siRNA expression vecor is provided to suppress actin ring structure formation, RhoA protein formation, vATPase activation, and bone resorption of osteoclast.;CONSTITUTION: A CK-B gene suppression siRNA expression vector contains a promoter which starts to express siRNA(short interfering RNA) and a complementary sequence of a part of CK-B(brain-type creatine kinase) mRNA. A part of CK-B mRNA is a nucleotide of 512~532nt among CK-B mRNA sequence of the sequence number 1.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
