PURPOSE: A touch panel embedded flat display device is provided to enhance the adhesive force between the touch panel pad and the FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) pad by numerously dividing the contact area of the touch panel pad and the FPC pad and uniformly maintaining the pressure.;CONSTITUTION: The touch panel is arranged on the display panel. The FPC(150) electrically connects the drive PC with the touch panel to supply the drive signal of the touch panel. The touch pad panels(137), which are contacted with the FPC pads, are formed one end of the touch panel.
