PURPOSE: An electronic device with a touch screen and a method of displaying a webpage using the same are provided to enable more convenient movement among plural web pages by using a device property of a touch screen.;CONSTITUTION: A first web page is displayed(S300). In a certain direction on a touch screen, a scroll operation is implemented on the first web page through a touch operation and a drag operation(S310). If the touch operation and the drag operation is continuously implemented After the scroll operation on the first web page, a second page is displayed(S320,S330).
