MOLDING APPARATUS OF T-PIPE, CAPABLE OF SIMPLIFYING MOLDING PROCESSES BY MOLDING BRANCH HOLE OF THE T-PIPE

PURPOSE: A molding apparatus of a T-pipe is provided to increase efficiency of operation molding a branch hole of which diameter is gradually reduced by forming a rotating disc of which size of a molding whole is successively decreased.;CONSTITUTION: A molding apparatus(100) of a T-pipe includes a body frame(10), a rotary disc(20), a rotary actuator(30), and a clamping part(40). The molding apparatus further includes a pressing unit(50) and a controller(60). The body frame has a lower base(12) and a head on the top. The head is supported by a support stand(16) installed at the base. A space formed between the base and the head is used for molding operation of the T-pipe. A molding hole(22) is formed by inserting a branch hole into the top surface of the rotary disc. The pressing unit is installed at the head of the body frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
