PURPOSE: A bobbin mold using double injection molding and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize the quality of a product since the outer surfaces of the welding parts of the upper and lower caps of the bobbin are smoothly processed.;CONSTITUTION: A bobbin mold using double injection molding comprises first and second injection molds(1,2) and a rotating plate(3). The first and second injection molds respectively injection-molds upper and lower caps(41,42). The core(43) of a bobbin(4) is embedded in the upper and lower caps. The rotating plate is formed on the lower parts of the first and second injection molds. The rotating plate rotates the first and second injection molds alternately.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
