PURPOSE: A folding arm rest for a toilet bowl is provided, which can prevent safety accident and increase lifetime of a product by dispersing load of the hanging protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A folding arm rest for a toilet bowl comprises a rotation angle control slider(20) which is combined and fixed in the armrest(10) end part and in which a hanging protrusion is perpendicularly projected in the edge; a stopper(30) which is fixed to the toilet bowl while receiving the rotation angle control slider and in which a hanging groove in which the hanging protrusion can hang is formed to make the rotation angle control slider rotated in the range of the constant angle; and a rotation angle control disc(40).
