ANTIOXIDATIVE METHOD OF PIGMENT FRACTION FROM BLACK RICE

PURPOSE: A method for extracting dye from black rice bran and a method for suppressing acidification of rice embryo are provided to enhance antioxidative effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting dye from black rice bran comprises: a step of adding dichloromethane to black rice bran to remove lipid; a step of adding trifluoroacetic acid solution and methanol solution; and a step of concentrating and drying with vacuum concentrator. A method for suppressing acidification of rice embryo comprises a step of mixing embryo separated from the rice bran with the dye powder in a ratio of 95-99 weight%:1-5 weight%.
