PURPOSE: A dry joint structure of a precast concrete column and a beam within increased allowable error range, and a construction method thereof are provided to improve profitability, efficiency, and a construction performance.;CONSTITUTION: A dry joint structure of a precast concrete column and a beam within increased allowable error range comprises a precast concrete column(10), a precast concrete beam, and a coupler(40). The precast concrete column is integrated with a transfer block(30) coupled with reinforcing bars(11) in the precast concrete column. The precast concrete beam is integrated with a transfer block(31') coupled with reinforcing bars(21). The precast concrete beam is coupled with the precast concrete column.
