PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC (precast) column and beam joint structure and the like dispensing with concrete placing in the field.;SOLUTION: This column and beam joint structure has a PC joint panel part 3 of rectangular parallelopiped shape formed with horizontal through holes 3b for inserting beam main reinforcements 1a. The PC joint panel part 3 is composed of a first PC member 3 disposed to position the PC joint panel part 3 on a PC column 4 on the lower floor, and second and third PC members 11, 13 having PC beam parts and disposed on both sides of the PC joint panel part 3. The beam main reinforcements 1a project from the end part of the PC beam part of the second PC member 13, and joints 12 for connecting the beam main reinforcements are embedded in the end part of the PC beam part of the third PC member 11. Each beam main reinforcement 1a projected from the second PC member 13 is inserted from one end of the through hole 3b, and its tip is projected from the other end of the through hole 3b and anchored to the joint 12 in the third PC member 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
