PURPOSE: A non-volatile memory device having expandability of a trimming operation by reducing a chip area is provided to perform the trimming operation by changing all main trimming data through provisional trimming data stored in provisional trimming cells.;CONSTITUTION: A trimming cell array(210) stores main trimming data corresponding to each operation mode. A trimming cell sense amplifier and write driver(220) sense the main trimming data stored in the trimming cell array. A trimming cell latch(230) stores the main trimming data sensed by the trimming cell sense amplifier. At least one or more trimming circuit parts(250,260,270) perform a trimming operation according to the main trimming data. A provisional trimming control logic(280) receives provisional trimming data from the outside. A common addition circuit section(290) selectively changes the main trimming data offered to the trimming circuit part in response to the provisional trimming data of the provisional trimming control logic.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
