PURPOSE: A Cammelia japonica L. seed debris powder and extract are provided to ensure effect of removing skin waste and keratin and treat obesity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin moisturization and obesity treatment contains Camellia japonica L. seed debris powder or extract. The extract is isolated through hot water extraction, solvent extraction, supercritical extraction, or freeze extraction, or ultrasonic wave extraction. The composition is used in the form of skin, lotion, cream, essence, serum, foundation, pack, soap, cleanser, shampoo, rinse, hair tonic, patch or scrub.
