PURPOSE: A step test system for a physical test is provided to suggest an exercise prescription by transmitting a health test result to a terminal through the zigbee or bluetooth.;CONSTITUTION: A control panel(100) has an input switch, a display device, and a wireless communication device. The height of an upper step(300) is controlled. A motor driver(400) controls the height of the upper step automatically. A touch sensor(350) senses the foot of the user on the upper step. A lower fixing step(500) supports the upper structure. A support(200) connects the upper structure and the lower fixing step. A heart rate measuring unit measures the heart rate of the user. A wireless heart rate measuring unit transmits the measured heart rate to the step test device through wireless communication.
