摘要

PURPOSE: A glass substrate for a light emitting device and an organic light emitting diode using the same are provided to increase external transmittance and extraction efficiency by reducing a reflected light through a substrate having anti-reflective nano patterns.;CONSTITUTION: A PMMA layer is placed on a glass substrate for a light emitting device. Nano particles are placed on the PMMA layer. The nano particles are etched and a master of nano patterns is generated. The master is transferred onto the PMMA layer and the master is tapered. An inclined surface is formed on a cubic and the cubic includes a pyramid shape.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
