PURPOSE: An electric railway management system using PLC through a train electric line is provided to perform PLC by using an electric locomotive line, thereby supplying various safety information of the vicinity of a railway line on a real time basis.;CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit(30) collects information around the line of an electric railway and transfers the information to an electric locomotive line(20). A plurality of monitoring units(40) receives the information from the electric locomotive line and transmits and receives data through the electric locomotive line. One or more monitoring units are provided to an electric locomotive. One or more monitoring units are provided to an electric railway management office.
