PURPOSE: A vacuum gripper system is provided, which makes structure of system compact and solidly keeps configuration for vacuum and gripping.;CONSTITUTION: A vacuum gripper system comprises a body(11), a pad, an ejector(13), and a gripping valve(24). The body has an internal space, a first flow path(15) for vacuum, and a second flow path(16) for gripping. The first and second flow paths are expanded to the internal space from the exterior. The pad communicates with the internal space. The ejector has a nozzle, a through-hole, and an inlet port. The gripping valve is arranged in the second flow path, is supported by the elastic body(25), and opens and closes the second flow path.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
