PURPOSE: A compressor control method of an air conditioning system for vehicles is provided to reduce burden of an engine in acceleration and improve braking performance of the vehicle in deceleration by varying a driving rate of a compressor.;CONSTITUTION: The compressor control method of the air conditioning system for vehicles comprises the steps of: controlling ejection capacity of a compressor according to a decreased control value if the vehicle is an acceleration state by driving state information of the vehicle; and controlling ejection capacity of the compressor according to the increased control value if the vehicle is a deceleration state. If difference of a set temperature and a real temperature of the vehicle are above a set value, the ejection capacity of the compressor is controlled according to an operation control value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
