PURPOSE: A light guide plate and a backlight unit having the same are provided to radiate the light from light source uniformly by forming an optical path change unit.;CONSTITUTION: In a light guide plate and a backlight unit having the same, a first light source(10) is located in the one side of a light guide plate(30). The first light source supplies a first light to the light guide plate, and the second light source(20) is located in the other side of the light guide plate. The second light source supplies a second light to the light guide plate, and the light guide plate is located between the first light source and the second light source.
