PURPOSE: A naming ceremony ball opening and closing system is provided to minimize waste of manpower by using an electrically connected signal transmission unit rather than applying a direct force. CONSTITUTION: A naming ceremony ball opening and closing system comprises a signal transmission unit(4), a hydraulic drive device(6), a hydraulic supply line(8), and a ball(10). The ball includes a circular flange, an opening and closing member, a hydraulic cylinder which operates up and down, an auxiliary flange which slides up and down along with the operation of the hydraulic cylinder, a support which is formed on the lower side of the opening and closing member, fleshes which are installed at regular intervals along the edge of the support, and a rotating member which is interposed between the support and the fleshes and rotated by the up-and-down motion of the cylinder.
