A collecting apparatus of a minute particle using a cohesion method of bipolar complex di-electric is provided to flow water droplet and bipolar minute particles to a cohesive part by arranging a spraying part, the cohesive part, and an electric collecting part horizontally successively. A collecting apparatus of a minute particle using a cohesion method of bipolar complex di-electric comprises the followings: a bipolar pre-charging unit(1); a spraying part(2) of a scrubber in which an injection unit is installed; a di-electric/bipolar electric complex cohesive part(3); an electric collecting part; and a high pressure generating unit(5). A spraying unit of the spraying part comprises a washing water tank(21), a pump(22), a spray nozzle pipe(23) and a spray nozzle(24). The spray nozzle is installed to a counter direction of a progression direction of a discharged material.
