Monodisperse micron-sized hollow particles, preparation method for the same, encapsulation method of a water-soluble material using the same and a microcapsule prepared by the same are provided to offer excellent colloidal stability and to a collecting rate and a discharging rate of the material by changing a pH condition. Monodisperse micron-sized hollow particles include a polymer of a chemical formula 1. R1 is hydrogen or forms a double bond with R2. The R2 forms a double bond with the R1, or forms carbonyl radical with the R3. The R3 is hydrogen or forms the carbonyl radical with the R2. The R4 is one or more selected from a group consisting of substituted or non-substituted alkylene radical of carbon number 1 ~ 20, substituted or non-substituted alkylene radical of carbon number 6 ~ 10, and substituted or non-substituted arylene group of carbon number 6 ~ 10.
