PURPOSE: A sludge drying method is provided to reduce energy loss easily by cooling the heating the sludge with a cooling part and a heating part, and to prevent emission of bad smell generated in sludge to the outside by drying the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying method includes the following steps of: drying sludge with hot air, cooling the air containing moisture in a refrigerator, heating the cooled air of the refrigerator with a condenser, and heating up the sludge by returning the heated air to a blower. The method further includes a step for vaporizing the moisture in the sludge, a step for discharging the moisture in the air, and a step for circulating the above steps repetitively.
