Operation Management System and Method of Logistics Center

A system and a method for the operation management of a physical distribution center are provided to manage manpower in distribution center by monitoring whether or not the distribution center is managed according to a plan. A material sensing module(220) analyzes past material patterns based on an operative plane cycle, and calculates the amount of workload that a distribution center should process based on the analyzed result. A manpower operative plan module(230) establishes an operational plan for the manpower necessary for the workload in the distribution center on the basis of the calculation and the manpower management plan. An execution monitoring module(240) monitors whether or not correspondent works are processed according to the established plan, and provides the monitoring result to a user.
