NOVEL PEPTIDE WHICH SELECTIVELY AND STRONGLY BINDS TO Fc REGION OF IgG AND METHOD FOR PREPARING IgG MONOMOLECULAR LAYER

PURPOSE: A novel peptide selectively binding to Fc region of IgG is provided to fix IgG with different binding affinity based the derivation or type of the IgG.;CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide which specifically binds to Fc fragment of IgG contains one amino acid among sequence numbers 1 to 10 or amino acid sequence which partial amino acid is inserted, deleted, or substituted. A gene encoding the polypeptide contains one sequence among sequence numbers 11 to 20. A method for preparing the polypeptide comprises: a step of preparing an expression vector containing a gene which encodes the polypeptide specifically binding to the Fc fragment of IgG; a step of introducing the expression vector to a host cell such as E.coli to obtain a transformant; a step of culturing the transformant in a medium; and a step of isolating polypeptide from the culture medium and purifying. A method for preparing IgG monomolecular layer comprises: a step of activating carboxylic group of a solid substrate; a step of attaching the polypeptide on the solid substrate; and a step of binding IgG on the treated solid substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
