PURPOSE: A vehicle theft prevention device using a mobile phone is provided to make the vehicle stop by stopping the operation of a fuel pump using the mobile phone by inputting the mobile phone number in a navigator.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone(10) respectively inputs a command signal for the power off of a fuel pump(70), the declaration of the stolen car, and confirming the declaration cancel release and the car location. A base station of mobile phone(20) wirelessly transmits and receives the mobile phone number and various data. A navigator(40) is mounted on the vehicle, and receives the mobile phone number and transmits to the base station of mobile phone. A police station radio station(30) wirelessly connected with the base station of mobile phone and receives the stolen car information from the mobile phone. The police station radio station grasps the location of the stolen car from the navigation.
