PURPOSE: A ferritic stainless steel with the excellent workability about a welded portion, a welding steel pipe, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the productivity of a steel pipe material and to secure the quality in the severe processing condition.;CONSTITUTION: A ferritic stainless steel with the excellent workability about a welded portion is composed of C less than 0.01 weight%, N less than 0.01 weight%, Si of 0.8~1.0 weight%, Mn of less than 0.5 weight%, Cr of 13.7~14.3 weight%, Cu of 0.1~0.3 weight%, Nb of 0.3~0.4 weight%, Ti of 0.1~0.2 weight%, Fe, and other impurities.
