PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hollow beam for an automatic transfer device is provided to minimize the drooping by improving straightness of a hollow beam.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hollow beam for an automatic transfer device comprises the steps for forming a first carbon fiber layer by winding a carbon prepreg yarn to the longitudinal direction of a mandrel mold at 45° angle; forming a second carbon fiber layer by laminating uni-directional carbon prepreg on the outer circumference of the first carbon fiber layer; forming a third carbon fiber layer by winding a carbon prepreg yarn at 75° angle; forming a fourth carbon fiber layer by laminating uni-directional carbon prepreg on the outer circumference of the third carbon fiber layer; forming a fifth carbon fiber layer by winding a carbon prepreg yarn at 45° angle; and forming the hollow beam by removing the mandrel mold and the outer mold after the whole carbon fiber layers are hardened.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
