PURPOSE: A detachable milling insert is provided to prevent the influence by vibration without the increase of the harmful heat by keeping the second relief angle.;CONSTITUTION: A detachable milling insert comprises an upper part(11), a lower part(12), and two cutting blades(6). The cutting blade has a cutting blade line(13). A flank(15) forms the relief angle of the acute angle. A second relief surface(26) having the uniform width is formed between the cutting blade line and the first relief surface. The relief angle of the second relief surface is smaller than the relief angle of the first relief surface.
